Established in 2005, Aptima Nutrition & Sports Consultants offers nutrition counselling for a wide range of medical and non-medical conditions. Our fields of specialisation include weight management, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer and sports nutrition. Our patients are better able to handle their medical conditions more effectively.
Our goal is to focus on nutrition as the central driving force of good health by imparting knowledge and implementing carefully planned and personalised programmes to each individual.

Jaclyn Reutens is a clinical and sports dietitian and the founder of Aptima Nutrition & Sports Consultants. Equipped with more than 17 years of experience in the nutrition and dietetics field, she is a nutrition expert in the areas of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and sports nutrition.
A graduate from the Flinders University of South Australia in 2002, she holds a Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also a certified sports dietitian, awarded by the Sports Dietitians of Australia (SDA) after completing her post graduate at the Australian Institute of Sport. She is a certified anthropometrist, accredited by International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK). She is also an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore (ADS).
Formerly working at the Health Promotion Board, she was the spokesperson for nutritional issues on Channel News Asia and played a supportive role in assisting food manufacturers with the development of healthier choice food products.
Following that, she went on to work in Gleneagles and Mount Elizabeth Medical Centres, specialising in weight management, digestive disorders and cancer nutrition. Her clinic is now located at Camden Medical Centre.
She has also written nutrition articles for various magazines and newpapers such as Women's Weekly, Shape, Her World, Men's Health, South China Morning Post, Mind Your Body, Channel News Asia Lifestyle and The Straits Times. For some of her articles, please click here.
